摘要: 提高大学生共同理想教育实效性的意义重大,非常必要。高校应针对当前教育中存在的不足,着重从四个方面进行探索:一是加强对大学生思想心理状态的调查研究,找准教育的突破口和立足点;二是科学区分和定位大学生的思想问题、心理问题,提高教育对策的针对性和准确性;三是运用多种心理学知识和技术实施有效教学,强化大学生的理论认知和实践体验;四是制定“学生本位”的教育目标,注重个体的成长、发展需要和幸福需求。

关键词: 大学生, 心理特点, 中国特色社会主义, 共同理想教育

Abstract: To improve college students common ideal education effectiveness is significant and necessary. Colleges and universities should focus on the exploration from four aspects according to the problems existing in current education. First, investigation and research on psychological state of mind of students should be strengthened and a breakthrough in education and foothold should be found. Secondly, the scientific distinction and orientation of college students ideological problems, psychological problems should be defined and the pertinence and veracity of education countermeasure should be improved. Thirdly, a variety of psychological knowledge and techniques for implementing effective teaching, strengthening students theoretical knowledge and practical experience should be used. Fourthly, the formulation of “students oriented” educational goals should be made and the individual growth, development needs and the needs of happiness should be paid attention to.
