摘要/Abstract

摘要： 水运物流是为满足社会发展需求，以水路运输为基础，融合仓储、包装、装卸、流通加工和物流信息处理等功能的综合性活动。以云南为例，审视水运物流的发展机遇，梳理水运物流发展现状及特点。从综合运输视角提出了“三个跳出”的理念，规划了云南水运物流通道、水运物流集疏运系统、水运物流节点和口岸等具体方案，并总结了相关保障措施建议。

Abstract: Waterway logistics was a comprehensive activities by integrated with warehousing, packaging, loading and unloading, circulation processing and logistics information processing, and other functions based on waterway transport to meet the needs of social development. Taking Yunnan province as an example, development opportunities of waterway logistics were reviewed. And then the present situation and characteristics were arranged. From the perspective of comprehensive transportation, the planning idea of “three jump out” was presented. The channel, transportation system, nodes and port of waterway logistics were planned. Finally, the relevant implementation measures were suggested.
