Abstract: The ChinaRussiaMongolia economic corridor is the first of the six economic corridors of the silk road economic belt， while the western region of China has the greatest development potential and the most abundant resources. To fully tap the economic potential of the Russian economic corridor， meet the demand of the three new development， seize the new opportunities of cooperation， this paper puts forward the construction of a throughout much of the central and western regions in China in the new Russian channels of international economy and trade， and the new channel development time structure， spatial structure， ability structure， demonstrates the rationality of the establishment of a new channel and its development， for the development of Russias new international economic and trade channel， the research provide a reference basis.
