摘要: 大学生创业思想教育的针对性是教育目标、内容、方式、方法等诸多因素,与大学生创业认知、情感、意志、行为等诸因素之间的匹配性和适应程度。增强大学生创业思想教育针对性,有利于及时聚焦大学生创业过程中的思想热点和情绪焦点问题,有利于及时化解大学生创业过程中衍生的矛盾和困惑,有利于增强大学生创业思想教育的实际效果。新形势下可以从植根个性教育、实施分层教育、坚持问题导向、提升思想教育队伍素质等维度切实增强大学生创业思想教育的针对性。

Abstract: Pertinence of college students entrepreneurial ideological education refers to the degree of adaptation between educational objectives, contents, methods, methods and other factors and college students entrepreneurial cognition, emotion, will, behavior and other factors. Strengthening the pertinence of college students entrepreneurial ideological education is conducive to timely focusing on the ideological hot spots and emotional focus issues in the process of college students entrepreneurship, to timely resolving the contradictions and puzzles generated in the process of college students entrepreneurship, and to enhancing the practical effect of college students entrepreneurial ideological education. Under the new situation, we can strengthen the pertinence of college students entrepreneurial ideological education from the aspects of rooted personality education, implementation of stratified education, adherence to problem orientation, and improvement of the quality of ideological education team.
