Abstract: Adhere to the people first is not only one of the important historical experience of the Communist Party of China， but also an important manifestation of its insistence on historical initiative. It is precisely because of always adhering to the lofty concept of the people first that the Communist Party of China has continuously led the Chinese people to achieve a welloff society in an allround way on the land of China， opened a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an allround way， and created one miracle after another. In the process of always adhering to the supremacy of the people， it highlights the lofty ethical care of the Communist Party of China that has always been concerned about the people， mainly including the lofty concept of goodness and always putting the people in a lofty position. With the lofty value of good， it always adheres to all the peoplecentered lofty standards. With the lofty system of good， it constantly builds and improve the peoples master of the noble system. With noble practice of good， it strives to practice the lofty mission of leading the people to a better life in labor.
