Abstract: Political ethics focus on power and the corporate ethics focus on the market. The relationship between the political ethics and the corporate ethics is essentially the relationship between power and market. Politics and market influence each other and interact with each other. The principle of power requires intervention and control, while the principle of market demands freedom and fundamentally gets rid of the control of power. The positive interaction between the power and the market demands the market to keep adequate independence of power. The case of Sany Corporations prosecution on Obama administration shows that US wants to make economic problems secured. Finally its unfavorable to the United States to let the political ethics decide the enterprise ethics.

摘要： 政治伦理关注权力，企业伦理关注市场。政治伦理与企业伦理的关系本质上是权力与市场的关系，政治和市场以不可思议的方式相互影响、进行互动。权力的原则要求干预和控制，市场的原则要求自由，从根本上摆脱权力的控制，权力与市场的良性互动要求市场保持对于权力的适当独立性。三一重工起诉奥巴马的案件表明，美国试图将经济问题政治化、安全化，以政治伦理来决定企业伦理，最终也不利于美国。
