Abstract: The education reform has greatly promoted the development of Chinese modern education during the New Deal at the end of Qing Dynasty. Abolition of Imperial Examination System is an important milestone in China on the path of development of education. When the country has set off a wave of founders of modern school, Tongling modern education has also been greatly developed in Anhui. Based on the related information, the status of development, characteristics and influence of modern education in Tongling are analyzed.

摘要： 清末新政期间的教育改革大大推动了中国近代教育的发展，废除科举成为中国教育事业发展道路上的一个重要里程碑。在全国各地掀起创办近代学堂的浪潮中，安徽铜陵近代教育也得到了长足的发展。根据有关资料对铜陵近代教育的发展状况、特点及影响进行分析。
