Abstract: To cultivate innovative talent is the urgent needs of the development of the times, and the innovation of educational model is an important initiative of cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, teachers exploring innovative educational model is an important issue in the development of talents. The author has practiced and explored in a longterm, summed up the following educational innovation modes: (1) helping students grasp the strategy of handling intellectual content; (2) balance between knowledge and learning methods; (3) minimizing the teaching content and teaching content into real life experiences and background.

摘要: 培养创新型人才是时代发展的迫切需求,教育模式创新是培养创新型人才的重要举措,因此探索教师创新教育模式是人才发展的一个重要问题。在长期的实践与探索中,分析现行教育模式存在的问题,总结出以下几种教育创新模式:一是帮助学生掌握处理知识内容的模式;二是实现知识和学习方法之间的平衡;三是把教学内容融入到现实生活的体验和背景中。
