Abstract: Starting from the necessity of understanding the series of important speech of the general secretary, a stereo learning way of Important Speeches of General Secretary XI jinping is put forward from the international, domestic, the three dimensions by making a careful and detailed analysis to deepen the understanding and comprehension of the speeches and to better guide our practice.
