Abstract: At the end of 19th century and the early 20th century, some bourgeoisie and petty bourgeoisie theorists criticized Marxist theory of land, Lenin wrote critical response to the distorted and superficial criticism. Lenin believed that the bourgeoisie theorists did not understand Marxs land rent theory. They one-sidedly interpreted Marxs rent theory, denied the scientific nature of the theory and insisted on the so-called land decrease theory. Its essence is to maintain the capitalist class interests. Lenin gave a resolute counter criticism and defended the Marx doctrine theory of land.

摘要： 19世纪末20世纪初，针对一些资产阶级和小资产阶级理论家对马克思主义土地理论进行的所谓“批判”，列宁专门撰文回应了这些歪曲事实、肤浅的批判。列宁认为，资产阶级理论家在没有弄懂马克思地租理论的情况下，片面解读马克思地租理论，妄自否定马克思地租理论的科学性，维护所谓的土地递减理论，其实质就是维护资产阶级的利益。列宁对此给予了坚决的反批判，捍卫了马克思主义土地理论。
