At the end of 19th century and the early 20th century, some bourgeoisie and petty bourgeoisie theorists criticized Marxist theory of land, Lenin wrote critical response to the distorted and superficial criticism. Lenin believed that the bourgeoisie theorists did not understand Marxs land rent theory. They one-sidedly interpreted Marxs rent theory, denied the scientific nature of the theory and insisted on the so-called land decrease theory. Its essence is to maintain the capitalist class interests. Lenin gave a resolute counter criticism and defended the Marx doctrine theory of land.

Basically, the characteristics of growth of motorized vehicles within central Chongqing are analyzed by studying the history data. The growth patterns and the relevant factors of some other metropolitans in and out of China are summarized as a further research. It can be concluded that the main factor influencing the growth of motorized vehicles is GDP per capita or the average family income, and as the GDP per capita (or the average family income) increases, the growth of motorized vehicle ownership per thousand population increases in a manner as an “S” curve. Based on this result, the motorized vehicle ownership within central Chongqing can be predicted by using the method of “S” curve. Finally, the related policy is put forward.

The average correlation coefficient of port logistics and regional economic coordinated development in Pearl River Delta, eastern and western of Guangdong are 0.70,0.65 and 0.73 respectively, which shows a strong correlation. Characterization of spatial differences in the Theil Index shows that the overall differences of port logistics and regional economic development is increasingly expanding. Port logistics and regional economic coordinated development of intra-regional differences in Guangdong Province become a decisive factor affecting the overall difference, especially in the Pearl River Delta, internal imbalances between port logistics and regional economic development constitute the dominant factor of port logistics and regional economic coordinated development of the spatial difference in Guangdong Province. In order to promote the coordinated development of the two and reduce its spatial differences, a macroeconomic perspective development strategy is put forward as corresponding countermeasures.

World air cargo continued to keep downturn in 2015, while significant growth in some areas. Although the air freight market was influenced by the slow recovery of the economy, the falling air cargo demand, the excess of freight transport capacity, the grounding of more than 90 large cargo planes, the decline in revenue and so on, there is still much good news as well as the strong growth in emerging markets and niche market in 2016. It mainly reviewed the current situation of the world air cargo market and Chinas air cargo market in 2015. Based on the analysis of several cargo types in the air cargo market, the air cargo market in 2016 was forecasted.

In order to explore and construct management tool of employee perceived value, the map of employee perceived value is put forward. The method of case analysis is used to testify the tool. The results show that there are two paths to improve employee perceived value, including enhancing employee perceived benefit and reducing employee perceived cost. The map of employee perceived value shows competitive conditions between enterprise and competitors. These conclusions of the study are conducive to improve tool of human resource management, which is of certain theoretical and practical significance to optimize human resource management practices.

The status quo and characteristics of urbanrural residents fitness participation is described. Various factors such as independent variables about social demography, institution and subjective attitude affecting fitness in urbanrural residents are analyzed based on the data from the China General Social Survey 2006. It was found that urban dwellers were more likely to participate in fitness activities than rural residents. It was showed through logit regression analysis that institution and subjective attitude variables have significant influence on urbanrural residents fitness participation, while subjective attitude variables have more significant influence. There are urbanrural differences of the influence on fitness participation between institution and subjective attitude variables.

Chinese Canadian novelist Larissa Lais debut novel When Fox Is a Thousand revises Chinese folk tales about fox. Due to college students improper behavior which doesnt go with the safety code of conduct, accidents happen on the campus from time to time. Thats to say, casual behavior brings to the campus potential safety hazard. According to backward stochastic differential equation, an abstract model which interprets the random phenomenon from future to now in a reverse way, the aim to build safe campus, students conduct and the campus are integrated into an equation model. We used some existing result such as the existence solution, the comparison theorem, Levis lemma, the comparison theorem to study the problems on building safe campus and the approach to reach this goal. In the light of the reasons why students behavior deviates from the school rule, there are some suggestions specific to it.

“Xinan Li”, “Shihao Li” and “Tongguan Li” are the classic poems written by the poetry saint Du Fu of the Tang Dynasty. However, there are few English versions of these poems. As the leading authority in the translation field, XU Yuanchong finished the excellent language transference of “San Li” with his exquisite skills. The process of poetry translation involves the aesthetic features of “the three beauties” which include message beauty, prosodic beauty and image beauty. And “the three beauties” have set up a good example for classical poetry translation in China. Letter from Francis Baring, the Chairman of the East India Company, to the Viceroy was the prologue to the first Sino-British Diplomatic contact in 1793. The Chinese translations of this letter greatly influenced Qian Longs attitude to and understanding of the Embassy. By studying the historical materials, several crucial issues related to the translation of the letter are discussed: How was the letter translated Who translated it What are the similarities and differences among the three Chinese versions What impacts were brought about by the Chinese versions on China and Great Britain It is hoped that, by answering these questions, we will more profoundly understand the forms and features of translation at the first encounter of the two powers in the late18th century.

From the point of cognitive languages view, metaphor plays a crucial role in mapping concepts, especially abstract concepts. In Britain, “Forsyte” is just a kind of surname. In The Man of Property, there are lots of conceptual metaphors. Conceptual metaphors about “Forsyte” in The Man of Property is analyzed with the help of conceptual metaphor theory of cognitive language. It is found that there are three kinds of conceptual metaphor on “Forsyte”: “Forsyte is a plant”, “Forsyte is a soldier” and “Forsyte is an owner who has decent things”; Futhermore, the personifications of Forsyte family is also dug out.
