Abstract: Aiming to enhance the development of war games in China, the trainees in the 2nd vocational program for war games referees were selected as the subject of the investigation, focusing on the statusquo of war games in the province and its prospect in application. Data are mainly collected from previous literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interviews on professionals.The results show: war games are still in the preliminary stage of development; participants have great love for them; practitioners are young in age and some do not have a clear understanding of the sport despite their possession of certificates; there are also other problems such as the lack of policy support, the shortage of training grounds, and defects in the curriculum system and teacher resources. Therefore, the development of war games as a new sport needs promotion in advertising, marketing, policy guaranteeing and so on.

摘要： 采用问卷调查、数理统计和专家访谈等方法研究国内野战运动的现状及前景。研究表明：目前国内野战运动尚处起步阶段，还需要进一步普及，广大参与人员喜爱此项运动并有推广意愿；部分人员具备专业资格证书，从业人员呈现年轻化、零散化分布态势；仍存在认识不足、政策支持不够、场地匮乏、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱等问题。作为新兴的体育运动项目，野战运动在项目宣传、功能推广、政策保障、实施操作等方面尚需加强，并结合我国实际对野战运动的发展前景和实施路径作了展望。
