Adult guardianship is a civil system established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the adults whose action ability is damaged because of age, intelligent retardation, physical condition, or mental impediment. Compared with other types of guardianship, it is different in the aspects of applicable scope and object, function and construction of foundation. The Canadian codetermination system realizes the great innovation of the guardianship concept, emphasizing that we should provide a help for the decision of the parties rather than to replace its decision, which greatly maintains the autonomy of the parties and embodies the human rights, equality and the protection of the peopleoriented concept. We should construct a more humanized adult guardianship system on the basis of carrying out the codetermination concept.

As a kind of basic value orientation and attitude, the moral value orientation guide and restrict individuals behavior and choice. The questionnaire survey of 2063 college students in China shows that the moral value orientation of college students is good, but some college students have some problems such as the deviation of the public and private values, the problem that the network moral behavior is lower than the actual situation. The moral value orientation is significantly related to the value orientation of collectivism and political value orientation, and presents the path of “collectivismpolitical value orientationmoral value orientation”. We can positively influence the moral value orientation of college students by strengthening the education of collectivism and optimizing the political value orientation.

Palace fighting drama is a specific type in the categories of commercial TV drama. The typification highlights the commercial value of cultural products. Aiming to enhance the development of war games in China, the trainees in the 2nd vocational program for war games referees were selected as the subject of the investigation, focusing on the statusquo of war games in the province and its prospect in application. Data are mainly collected from previous literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interviews on professionals.The results show: war games are still in the preliminary stage of development; participants have great love for them; practitioners are young in age and some do not have a clear understanding of the sport despite their possession of certificates; there are also other problems such as the lack of policy support, the shortage of training grounds, and defects in the curriculum system and teacher resources. Therefore, the development of war games as a new sport needs promotion in advertising, marketing, policy guaranteeing and so on.

Selected from the fourth quarter of 2014 to 2016 second quarter, with the the sample of new three board after expansion, whether the introduction of market maker system impacts the liquidity of new three board market are examined. Results showed that in all samples trade agreement and market transactions are included; and in the samples only trade agreement turn to market transactions are included. On behalf of market maker system virtual variables, and on behalf of market makers number of continuous variables, impact on the epidemic indexes was significantly negative, which proved that the introduction to market maker system significantly improved the new three board market liquidity. And in competitive market maker system implemented, the number of market makers significantly affects the liquidity of the listed shares.

Game theory research methods are used by building rural labor transfer decisions and the government encourage transfer dynamic evolution game model. The factors influencing the evolution of the system path are analyzed. The results show: the less the labor transfer loss, the more conducive it is to labor transfer; Urbanrural size of the relative income gap between urban labor force and rural labor force plays a major impact on the labor transfer; the larger the intangible utility and benefits, the more attractive the labor force transfer; the total costs of the government in the process of rural labor transfer and extra income difference has an important influence on its strategy taking.

With the C2C online shopping market prosperity, faithless behavior of buyers and sellers in transaction have occurred frequently, seriously affecting the healthy development of C2C ecommerce. Consumers who had shopping experience and sellers in C2C website are taken as the research samples. Through the survey the credit problems in C2C ecommerce in China are found, and the reasons of credit problems are analyzed. In the dual channel supply chain, the pricing strategy and the coordination between manufacturers and retailers are studied. First of all, the centralized decisionmaking and decentralized decisionmaking situation decision strategy of manufacturers and retailers are comparatively studied. Secondly, the efficiency of network channel distribution effect on the equilibrium solution is discussed. Then, the improved revenue sharing contract supply chain coordination problem is analyzed. Finally, a numerical example verifies that the improved revenue sharing contract can achieve the double channel of the supply chain coordination, and manufacturers and retailers are able to realize the Pareto improvement.

William Blakes longest poem “Milton” is filled with imagination, loaded with abstruse images, with an intellectual dimension wide and deep. It is also a valuable work of fantasy. Among the established approaches, psychoanalysis is often chosen for illuminating Blakes intentions for his artistic innovations. Different from other arguments, it is argued that among the subliminal drives the dominant drive is not libido but death instinct. Through analysis of the projections of Blakes death instinct, the stimuli that prompt the stated instinct is excavated in an attempt to unravel the entangled meanings of the poem.
