Abstract: With the awareness of green development, the development of new energy automotive industry has become a consensus. From the design, development, system aspects elaborates the connotation of system of green development and innovation are elaborated so as to surpass the bend, improve innovation ability, and solve the contradiction between man and nature. From the growth quantity, consumption patterns, industrial development and policy aspects of running status, the development status of green innovation system in the new energy automotive industry is analyzed. The covering design premise and principle and the purpose of overall relations and information feedback as the core content of innovation system are established. The countermeasures of green development and innovation system of target innovation, technology innovation, standard innovation, management innovation and extension innovation are put forward.

摘要: 随着绿色发展意识觉醒,发展新能源汽车产业成为共识。从设计、发展、体系几个角度阐述绿色发展创新体系的内涵;实现弯道超越、提高创新力,解决人与自然之间的矛盾;从增长数量、消费方式、产业发展方式和政策运行现状方面分析新能源汽车产业绿色发展创新体系现状;建立涵盖设计前提、原则、宗旨、统筹关系和信息反馈为核心的创新体系内容。目标创新、技术创新、标准创新、管理创新和推广创新是构建绿色发展创新体系应对之策。
