Targeted poverty alleviation is the core and highlight of poverty alleviation by the Party and the state government in the new time. But poverty alleviation involves redistribution of interests. The nail household in poverty alleviation comes with it.At present, the county government solves the nail household problems mainly through administrative mobilization, which means to ask the village cadres or the “elite” to put press on the nail household. However, it is not very useful. So, changing the relationship between the county and the town, marginalizing the nail household, heading for standardized management can let us walk out the dilemma of the government.

On the one hand, the “double inference” rules proposed by scholars and “the general principles of civil law that scholars suggested” are analyzed. On the other hand, compared with the related legal system of Germany, France and Italy, the external system of Chinas marital debt system, the types of marital debt under the legal property system in China, the rules for the repayment of debts under the agreed property system are analyzed. Baofeng company was a jointstock company established during the AntiJapanese War and it was a bristle processing company. Demand exceeded supply during the AntiJapanese War, as a result many bristle processing companies appeared in Chongqing. Considering a variety of reasons, KANG Xinru founded the Baofeng company in May 1940. Baofeng company issued a series of factory management systems, established a bristle acquisition network covering southwest China, tightened the bristle management, and had the capacity to apply for a bank loan. Baofeng company contributed to the transformation of processing of bristles industry, the prosperity of bristle industry in Chongqing, and the return for strategic materials and supply in the AntiJapanese War.

Bodin defined the highest authority as absolute, permanent sovereignty, which is indivisible. Its core identification is legislative power.Through the description of these two types of oppositions, Bodin categorized sovereignty as monarchy, aristocracy and democracy. He believes that the hereditary monarchy ruled by law is the best system. However, in Bodins political philosophy, he subjectively restricted the supreme authority into certain limitation, and the scale of limitation can not be explained. Meanwhile, the source of the highest authority can not be explained either. This has exposed the contradiction of Bodins sovereign philosophy.

Port logistics plays a leading role in one process of the 21st century maritime silk road. Modern port logistics has entered the era of supply chain collaboration, exploration and discussion, establishment and improvement of the port supply chain collaborative control mechanism is imminent. The collaborative control mechanism of supply chain is the key determinants of security and efficient coordination on port supply chain. On the basis of literature review, a theoretical analysis framework about collaborative control of the port supply chain was built respectively from two aspects of the dynamic mechanism and operating mechanism. Countermeasures and suggestions for collaborative control mechanisms construction of port supply chain were put forward.

The Jin Yang road is the trade route that transports the live sheep. It links Hohhot with Beijing.This road was based on the traditional trade routes of northern nomadic people and farmers in north China. The “Belt and Road” initiatives advocates the accommodation of funds, develops multilateral trade cooperation. The recognition and acceptance of RMB in international trade is growing. Thus, under the background of the “Belt and Road”, as a result of the data availability, taking examples for 13 neighboring countries around China, choosing the binomial logistic regression model, the empirical results show that the overall size of one countrys per capita GDP, as well as the central parity rate of RMB to dollars and the countrys relationship with Chinas geographical location are negatively related to accepting the results of RMB trade settlement, while the RMB real exchange rate appreciation index, the countrys bilateral trade volume with China and total foreign exchange reserves are positively related.

Using the 1985—2014 annual data, applying the SVAR model, the service FDI and its related factors that affect Chinas export competitiveness are analyzed. Results show that on the one hand, since the reform and opening, the increase of foreign service participation enhances the export competitiveness of service industry, which in the long run keeps unabated. At the same time, in the process of industrial structure change, the enhancement of industrial structure improves the export competitiveness of service industry. The process of rationalization of industrial structure is slow, which does not influence the competitiveness of export services. On the other hand, the improvement of total factor productivity in service industry enhances the export competitiveness of service industry.

“Li” is the common standard to judge a person and the state during the Spring and Autumn period. In Zuo Zhuan, it is embodied in the large use ofthe concluding words “Li Ye” and “Fei Li Ye”. Zuo Zhuan follows the principle of “no writing for common things” in judgment, whose scope focuses on people’s business affairs rather than ghosts. Wu and Chu states were put into the same value systems of the central states. The differences of “Li Yi” (morality” and “LI Yi”( etiquette) contained in “Li Ye” and “Fei Li Ye” effectively embodies the conscious exploration of the interior legitimacy and rationality of “Li” during the Spring and Autumn period and sends forth a strong rational color of political practice.

Reported speech is employed to reveal medias objectivity and unbiased judgment in news writing. The features of reported speech are detected from the following three aspects: the ways of reported speech, the usage of reporting verbs, the information sources. The news reports about the capsized ship “Oriental Star” published on New York Times were analyzed. The results disclose that the most frequent reported speech is indirect speech. The reported clauses are constantly introduced by neutral reporting verbs.New York Times cites the ideas of four information givers: government, general public, elites, relevant cooperation.
