Abstract: The main problems existing in the remote settlement system of Chinas medical insurance across the regions were solved. At first, the basic concept of the medical insurance settlement system is defined.Then, from the increase of population mobility, the severe aging problem and the uneven distribution of regional medical resources, the social causes of the settlement system are analyzed. At last, the main ways of remote medical expenses settlement to the current medical insurance in China are summed up. As a result, the root causes of these problems and the social status of the different medical treatment in different places in China are deeply analyzed. And the reform and improvement of the path are put forward.

摘要： 为解决我国医疗保险的结算制度跨区域时存在的主要问题，对医疗保险异地结算制度的基本概念进行界定，从人口流动性增大、老龄化问题严峻以及不平衡的区域医疗资源分布三个路径分析异地结算制度产生的社会根源，总结出当前我国医疗保险异地就医费用结算的主要方式。深入分析造成这些问题的根本原因，剖析我国异地就医的社会现状，并提出改革和完善的路径。
