Abstract: The mass line, regarded as the fundamental working guideline and basic route of the Communist Party of China, provides university teachers with the inspiration and enlightenment of improving teachers code of morality.This process can be achieved in four dimensions: being realistic and pragmatic to oppose formalism, putting people first to oppose bureaucratism, getting things done and innovating to oppose hedonism, working hard and living simply to oppose extravagance.

摘要： 群众路线是中国共产党的生命线和根本工作路线，同时它为高校教师树立崇高师德提供了宝贵而深刻的理论启示和现实指导。高校教师提升师德的实践可以从四个维度展开：求真务实，反对形式主义；以人为本，反对官僚主义；干事创业，反对享乐主义；艰苦朴素，反对奢靡之风。唯有如此，高校教师才能从思想观念、工作作风、精神状态、价值追求层面实现严格自律，防微杜渐，真正做到立德树人。
