Abstract: The land border crossing is an important node on Chinas land border and an important gateway to foreign exchanges, and its governance is an important part of border management. This paper describes, explains and analyzes the operational effectiveness of the land crossings at the border of Yunnan province, and concludes that the operation of the land border crossings in Yunnan province is “partial prosperity and uneven development”, and puts forward the targeted geographical spatial perspective, promotes its optimization and integration, its comprehensive development in concert with port elements, and enhances its operational effectiveness through bilateral cooperation mechanisms, hoping to provide the basis for policy adjustment for the development of land crossings on the border of Yunnan province.

摘要： 边境陆路口岸是我国陆地边境线上的重要节点和对外交往的重要门户，其治理是边疆治理的重要组成部分。通过数据描述、阐释和分析云南省边境陆路口岸的运行效力，得出云南省边境陆路口岸运行“局部繁荣、发展不均衡”的结论，并从边疆治理视角有针对性地提出以地域空间视角促进优化整合、以口岸要素协同推进综合发展、以双边合作机制提升运行效力等治理措施，为云南省边境陆路口岸发展提供政策调适的依据。
