The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to youth and youth work. The New China Construction Society was founded on June 19, 1932 by Huang Fu, Zhang Yaozeng, and Zhao Zhengping, in consideration of the national crisis. The aim of the association was to try to bring together people with lofty ideals in the country to be committed to schooling and to build a new nation and society. The New China Construction Society had a relatively systematic and complete organizational structure. Its members included government officials, university professors, famous bankers, financiers, educators, and professionals and celebrities from all occupations. By combing the membership of the New China Construction Society, the activities of the funds, the organization and operation, etc., it was difficult to characterize it as a simple cultural salvation group. Although the association advertised as an academy, its ultimate goal was for the social care of national rejuvenation and social salvation.

Citizen participation in railway culture construction is of great significance to the construction of serviceoriented railway transportation and the protection of citizen rights. With the help of onion model, this paper probes into the content of railway culture, analyzes the necessity of citizen participation in railway culture construction, summarizes the present situation of citizen participation in railway culture construction. It is analyzed that there are some problems in the construction of railway culture, such as imperfect guarantee system, unsmooth participation channel and insufficient participation ability. Finally, the ideal path of citizen participation in railway culture construction is explored from four aspects:concept, system, behavior and material.

Firstly, the malicious occupying behavior is a breach of contract between the railway transport company and the passenger. Secondly, from the perspective of the person whose seat was occupied, it is a kind of infringement of creditors’ rights. Finally, from the perspective of the railway transport order administrator, it is an infringement of the public transport order. The occupied person may claim the breach of contract for the carrier based on the passenger transportation contract, or may file a lawsuit against the infringer based on the damage of its inherent interests. Malicious occupying behavior turns negative externality, so the government intervention is more effective than civil liability. The railway transportation management department should deal with malicious occupations as soon as possible. The design of the penalty system for the malicious occupants should be improved.

Through the analysis of the mechanism of traffic congestions in the business circles of Guanyinqiao, Jiefangbei and Shapingba, with combination of Internet plus ideas, a new concept of traffic congestion management is put forward. The results show that there are five steps to control traffic congestions in Chongqings three business circles by using shared cars, and only by fully implementing each step can new theories and methods have practical significance.

Based on social network analysis and clustering analysis, an empirical study of the main urban districts of Chongqing is presented. The urban centrality index model, economic connection intensity model and economic membership degree model are employed to study the spatial structure and characteristics of the urban economic networks in Chongqing. The conclusions can be drawn as follows. 1） The main districts of Chongqing are developing with the “1+2” threecore urban model; 2） The “3+6” urban system structure of Chongqing has been formed; 3） The “8-7-4” threelevel axis network has been basically formed, which leads to three major economic networks, i.e., downtown network, industrial development center network and regional future development network.

T.S. Eliots last play, The Elder Statesman, used to be considered a story of family ethics or of vengeance as the contemporary Oedipus at Colonus. Nevertheless, a political relationship between men as the dominators and women as the subordinates underlies the play. Based on Kate Milletts sexual politics theory, this paper observes how patriarchy in The Elder Statesman works by stipulating temperament, role, and status of both sexes. Thus, the sexual politics used in the play by men to dominate women, and the falsehood of patriarchy is uncovered.

The novels of Chinua Achebe keep a record of secret history of African clan in the 20th century. He investigates the changes of the clan, especially the decline of rural ethics through the protagonists ethical identity, thus reflects the changes of the clan politics and social mechanism. This paper reads Achebes novel against the social background of ethics, religion and law when Africa was under the colonial force. Through the close reading and the historical context of text, Ezeulus ethical tragedy is analyzed from the perspective of identity crisis, thus the ethical mechanism of African clan is illuminated.

The paper reviews Explain Me This：Creativity, Competition, and the Partial Productivity of Constructions by Goldberg, which symbolizes that Goldbergs constructional view has gradually matured from the initial theoretical creation to the description of the essential features of language and then to the application of the theory. Furthermore, in this work, the constraints of the productivity of construction are discussed by invoking the concepts of psycholinguistics and statistics:coverage and statistical preemption, which also provide a new perspective for the integration of linguistic research and other disciplines to jointly explain the ontology of language.
