Abstract: In the early days of the founding of New China, the communist party of China attaches great importance to urban governance. After the liberation of Chengdu,the communist party of China should stabilize the social order as soon as possible to provide the primary condition for urban governance.The establishment and consolidation of the new peoples political power by the communist party of China provides leadership guarantee for urban governance.The party restores and develops the economy to provide the material foundation for the urban governance.The party ensures that the basic livelihood of the people provides social security for urban governance. By summing up the historical experience of urban governance in Chengdu in the early days of the founding of New China, it is of great practical significance for the modernization of urban governance and the improvement of the governance system in the new era.

摘要： 中华人民共和国成立初期，共产党十分重视城市治理。成都解放后，共产党尽快稳定社会秩序，为城市治理提供首要条件；建立和巩固新生的人民政权，为城市治理提供领导保障；恢复和发展经济，为城市治理提供物质基础；确保人民群众的基本生活，为城市治理提供社会保障。总结中华人民共和国成立初期成都城市治理的历史经验，对新时代城市治理现代化和完善治理制度具有重要的现实意义。
