As the main vein of Chinese traditional culture, Confucianism has rich connotation and profound implication. Among them, honest politics is the essence of Confucianism. With the deepening of anticorruption practice, it is necessary to explore the generation logic of Confucian incorruption thought and its common points with modern incorruption idea. The Confucian ideas of “for the government and for the morality”“benevolence and propriety” and “the people as the foundation of the country”, the principle of “to make the desire by the way” and the function of “moral education” contain respectively the political view, the ethical view, the humanistic view, the righteousness and the benefit view and the education view in the construction of modern clean government. It is helpful for the Party members and cadres to carry out the education of determination of “internal saints and external kings”, the education of selfdiscipline of “selfcultivation and selfdiscipline”, the education of “knowing honor and shame” and the education of warning of “both morality and law”, so as to resist corruption and prevent change from the spiritual source and build up the ideological defense line.

COVID19 is a great test on Chinas governance system and capacity, as well as the governance of city bikesharing. As a special travel mode, shared bikes have become the first choice for residents for travel in many cities after buses and subways are stopped, playing an important role in the antiepidemic process. During the COVID19 prevention period, the government, the bikesharing enterprises and the public (namely users) should improve the governance of city bikesharing. After the COVID19 period, bikesharing should be incorporated into the city public transportation system. All the above would help to play a positive role of shared bikes in the city and mitigate its negative impact, so as to make the city life better.

The paper is dedicated to Julian Antonisz Antoniszczak, an extravagant artist, skilled inventor and an experimental filmmaker affiliated with The Animated Film Studio in Krakow (Poland). Although Antoniszs works are rarely screened on international festivals, he remains very well remembered by Polish animation aficionados, mostly as the author of oddball ‘noncamera’ films drawn, painted, scratched, burned or woodcutprinted directly on 35 mm tape. His strong inclination towards visual experiment makes him akin to internationally acclaimed avantgarde filmmakers such as Norman McLaren, Stan Brakhage or Len Lye, yet, in comparison to these artists, Antoniszs output appears as far less hermetic and exclusive. The director won a significant popularity among Polish viewers thanks to his ability to reconcile an experimental approach to film medium with absurd mockery of socialist reality, appealing primitivism and insane burlesque. It strikes as characteristic that Antoniszs artistic method based on radical dedication to ‘do it yourself’ philosophy, his anarchistic sense of humor as well as natural distrust of authorities and mainstream doctrines made him a cult artist for Polish punk movement vital in 1980s. From the perspective of film historian Antoniszs pursuit for artistic independence in times of ideological hegemony may be regarded as an exemplification of the wider context of Polish dissident art which over the last two decades of the communist regime combined guerilla methods with subversive messages.

At the level of production and broadcasting, new media documentaries are closely related to the creation of traditional documentaries, especially independent documentaries. And there is a certain overlap in the caring stratum, namely, they pay attention to the social bottom and urban fringe space. By sorting out and logically analyzing the relationship between new media documentaries, independent documentaries and the bottom social relationship and the bottom society, this paper exemplifies the entertainment characteristics of the new media documentaries and the aesthetic form of high commercialization.

It is an open secret that “spend … + to do sth.” has long been treated as a grammatical error, while “spend … (in) doing sth.” stays a victor across the Chinese Mainland. Yet, plenty of linguistic data show that the former has enjoyed its constant presence in formal writing of every kind, so this paper attempts to do it justice through some examples.
