Abstract: Sharing bicycles with a focus on hotspots is a hot topic at the moment and a controversial public issue. Taking the healthy development path of shared bicycles as a starting point, researching the development path of the shared bicycle industry can effectively promote the development of the shared bicycle industry. A large number of research and interviews in the study can obtain a large number of data and problems related to the development of the shared bicycle industry, and then conduct empirical analysis.The participants are unified and considered, and research is conducted from the perspective of collaborative governance to provide experience of applications for collaborative governance on more public issues.

摘要： 共享单车着眼于热点,是当前的热门话题，也是争议很大的公共问题。以共享单车的健康发展路径构建为入手点，研究共享单车行业的发展路径，能够有效促进共享单车行业的发展。调研和访谈可以获得大量有关共享单车行业发展的数据和问题，进而将参与主体统一考虑，用协同治理视角进行实证分析，为协同治理在更多公共问题上的应用提供经验。
