Abstract: Disease is not only the dominant prewarning of functional disorder of life， but also reflects the hidden point of view of the imbalance and mismatch in social ethics. Disease writing centered on the organ donation， gene editing， depression， senility and amnesia is also the cultural medium that runs through Kazuo Ishiguros literary creation. By examining the physical wounds， piercing the spiritual traumas， and analyzing the ethical interaction between individual diseases and social malpractices， Kazuo Ishiguro sharply criticizes that war slaughter， the misuse of science and technology， historical hatred are the deep lesions of physical abuse， dissociative personality and social division， and also positively conveys the life ethics that “pure goodness is the best way to achieve health”， which represents his cultural appeal of working together to create a healthy， mutually beneficial and empathic new world.

摘要： 疾病不仅是生命体功能性失调的显性预警，也映射出社会伦理机制失衡、失配的隐性视点。围绕器官捐献、基因编辑、抑郁症、衰老与失忆等展开的疾病书写亦是贯穿石黑一雄创作的文化性媒介。通过审视躯体伤痕、精神创面，剖析个体疾患与社会积弊间的伦理互涉，石黑一雄针砭战争屠戮、科技滥用、历史仇恨是肉身肆虐，精神解离，社会撕裂的深层病灶，并积极传达“至善方达健康”的生命伦理观，以及共创健康、互惠、共情新世界的文化诉求。
