Abstract: Frau Jenny Treibel is a representative work of Theodor Fontane, the great master of German realistic Literature. In this work, the author particularly carefully depicts the two protagonists residences, namely the Treibels residence in the east of Berlin and the Schmidts residence in the old town, to vividly show the habits of the German civil class at the end of the 19th century. Meanwhile, in a kind of “antagonistic” spatial discourse, the author implies the differentiation between the propertied citizen class and the educated citizen class within the German bourgeoisie at that time.

摘要： 《燕妮·特赖贝尔夫人》是德国现实主义文学扛鼎巨匠台奥多·冯塔纳的代表作。作家在小说中细致地描写两位主人公的寓所，即位于柏林东部的特赖贝尔公馆和位于老城的施密特宅邸，借此生动展示19世纪晚期德国市民阶层的惯习，同时在一种“对立性”的空间话语中，暗示当时德国资产阶级内部有产市民阶层和有教养市民阶层的分化。
