Abstract: In the new era， the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics must start the interactive development of integrity and innovation. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China takes strengthening cultural selfconfidence and selfimprovement as the starting point， emphasizing the organic integration of Marxist theory and excellent Chinese culture， providing us with new ideas and methods to continue the excellent traditional Chinese culture. The issue of human nature is a frequently discussed and new issue in the study of combining the two. Standing at a new starting point， we review the inherent compatibility between Marxist theory of human nature and Confucian community view， fully grasp the new space of coupling， and provide new answers that are in line with the times， deepen our conscious understanding of human nature， and better adhere to the principle of “people first”， to make the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics richer in philosophical connotation and profound philosophical connotation.

摘要： 新时代，中国特色社会主义文化必须开启守正与创新的互动式发展。人的本质问题是发展过程中常谈常新的问题。在中华优秀传统文化中，民本思想是一个重要的政治哲学思想。要更好地坚持民本思想，一方面需要将马克思人的本质理论融入儒家社群观中；另一方面需要创新儒家社群观的思想内涵，不断挖掘现代化元素。以党的二十大精神为思想指引，以加强文化自信和自强不息为出发点，回顾马克思人的本质理论与儒家社群观的内在契合性，不断梳理马克思人的本质理论与儒家社群观的融合之处，以小见大，充分把握耦合的新空间，并对其作出符合时代的新回答，从而加深对人的本质的自觉认识，推动新时代的“结合”，逐步深入推进到大众化新阶段，使中国特色社会主义理论体系更具丰富的哲学内涵和深厚的哲学底蕴，为社会发展凝魂聚气。
