Peoples democracy in the whole process is an absorption of and reference to the excellent traditional Chinese culture， an accurate grasp of the position of peoples supremacy in the Marxist concept of materialist history， and the actualization of the theory of socialist democracy. Advances in science and technology have pushed peoples democracy in the whole process to abide by the right and innovate in practice， enhancing peoples awareness of political participation by strengthening the design of the system and educating people， and improving peoples participation and sense of political access through the use of new technology and new platforms. The use of new technologies and platforms has increased peoples participation and sense of political access. At the same time， peoples democracy in the whole process is a new form of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics， Chinese manner and Chinese style， which has surpassed the western forms of democracy and western democratic systems and broken the absolute democratic discourse of the west.

In the new era， the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics must start the interactive development of integrity and innovation. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China takes strengthening cultural selfconfidence and selfimprovement as the starting point， emphasizing the organic integration of Marxist theory and excellent Chinese culture， providing us with new ideas and methods to continue the excellent traditional Chinese culture. The emergence of generative artificial intelligence （AI） represented by ChatGPT signifies the comprehensive arrival of a new era of technology. The ChatGPT algorithm appears to possess a certain “power” that continuously “dictates” peoples lives. Simultaneously， heavy dependence on algorithmic technology is causing a continuous erosion of human rights， leading to the phenomenon of “alienation of the subjectobject relationship”. As a leading technology in natural language processing， the ChatGPT algorithm not only represents an advanced data analysis tool, but also exhibits a tendency towards the exercise of power， profoundly influencing and controlling human cognitive patterns， behavioral modes， and even potentially dominating the operation of nations and societies. The entire process of power exercise and operation of the ChatGPT algorithm remains in a “black box” state， exhibiting a tendency that goes beyond， deviates from， and operates independently human rights， thereby posing a threat to human subjectivity. To mitigate the legal risks associated with the exercise of power by the ChatGPT algorithm， it is urgent to return to the fundamental principles of law. Automobile consumption is an important embodiment of the quality of life of relocated migrants in ethnic areas， and understanding this phenomenon will help provide inspiration for the highquality development of relocated areas. Based on the research of Hmong village in Yunnan， this study explores the deep mechanism of automobile consumption of relocated migrants in ethnic areas from the perspective of materiality and introduces the theoretical dimension of overlapping identity. The study found that immigrants realized that， first， cars have the function of improving mobility， which can help them cater to the family characteristics of the uninterrupted and loving children and achieve social identity; secondly， the car has the function of realizing lifestyle transformation， which can help people integrate into the mainstream narrative of a better life， construct a new peoples image， and realize local identity. As a result， immigrants generate car consumption behavior. The realization of this behavior relies on structural conditions such as external subject assistance， supporting welfare measures and moral feelings. The study believes that stimulating the identity needs of migrants， paying attention to the practicality of assistance measures， and promoting the coordinated participation of multiple subjects are feasible ways to promote the highquality development of relocated areas.

Impacts of Digital Economic Development on the Local Governments Tax Revenue

In recent years， the scale of Chinas digital economy has expanded rapidly， becoming a new economic format after agricultural economy and industrial economy， and the reform of new economic forms has driven the rapid development of “data productivity”， and the new economic model of “symbiosis of data and reality” has also had an important impact on Chinas taxation. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2013 to 2019， a twoway fixedeffect model is used to examine the impact of digital economic development on local governments tax revenue. The results show that the development of digital economy can have a positive impact on local governments tax revenue， and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. The mediation effect analysis shows that the development of the digital economy increases its contribution to local tax revenue by increasing the level of employment.

Based on the data of Chinas manufacturing industry at the provincial level from 2011 to 2021， this paper empirically tests the overall effect， heterogeneity effect and intermediary mechanism of the development level of digital trade on the complexity of manufacturing exports. The research shows that digital trade significantly improves the complexity of manufacturing exports on the whole， and this effect is most significant for technologyintensive industries， but not for capitalintensive industries， and has an inhibitory effect on laborintensive industries. Regional heterogeneity analysis shows that digital trade in central and western regions has a greater effect on the complexity of manufacturing exports than that in eastern regions. The intermediary effect test shows that digital trade can improve the export complexity of manufacturing industry by promoting technological innovation and reducing trade cost， and both technological innovation and trade cost play a partial intermediary role. Based on the research conclusions， suggestions are put forward to increase the investment in digital technology R&D， strengthen the construction of digital trade infrastructure and improve the relevant policy support for digital trade.

From the perspective of the mediating effect of charitable donations， we take Ashare listed companies in Chinas Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2011 to 2021 as the research sample， and analyse the mechanism between the characteristics of the executive team and the value of the company. The study finds that the proportion of female executives， education level， financial background， and title background of the executive team are significantly related to company value and charitable donations. Meanwhile， there is a partial mediating effect of charitable donations between executive team characteristics and firm value. Further distinguishing the nature of the company as stateowned and nonstateowned， it is found that there is a significant difference between stateowned companies compared to nonstateowned companies.

Concha Espinas novel La Esfinge Maragata restores the real life and suffering of rural women through a narrative from a female perspective, in sharp contrast to the male texts of the same period. The author deconstructs the female image that exists as an object in male texts and reconstructs the female subject. At the same time, the longterm hegemony of male texts has suppressed female discourse, resulting in the predicament of female writing. When the external male gaze is internalized into the female selfexamination, the development of female writing is faced with a crucial challenge.

Langston Hughes, an African American writer, has created a number of childrens poems. However, his identity as a childrens poet and the value of his childrens poetry have not been fully appreciated in the academic circles. He always pays attention to the interaction between art and reality, and the moral and educational function of literature, which also serves as one of the basic principles for his creation of childrens poetry. Therefore, this paper intends to explore the ethical implications in Hughes childrens poetry from three aspects, namely, the ethical disorder, the ethical shaping and the ideal vision, to demonstrate Hughess social responsibility and moral mission as a modernist writer.

In recent years， foreign translation of Chinese literature has received keen attention. By applying CiteSpace， a visualization analysis tool， this paper makes a visualized analysis of years， periodicals， authors， institutions and keywords of the translation of Chinese literature research， based on 783 articles from China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The results indicate that the findings are rich， which can be divided into five categories， but the results also reveal some problems in Chinese literature translation studies. All in all， the study of Chinese literature translation has a bright prospect. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the research focuses and development frontiers， so as to provide references for the development of this field.
