论心理认知视域下的公民法治观念培养

Abstract: Ruling the country by law is a major strategic task for our party and state to advance in the new period. To achieve this goal, we should pay full attention to the legal education among the citizens, which could make people form a good concept of socialist legal system. The formation of public awareness of the law is a psychological process of self-identity and acceptance of the legal education. Thus, to improve the effectiveness of the legal education and foster a good public awareness of the law, we must respect mental mechanism and regularity of the formation of public awareness of the law.

摘要: 依法治国是党和国家在新时期全面推进的一项重大战略任务,要实现依法治国,就要充分重视对公民的法治教育,引导和促使人们形成良好的社会主义法治观念。公民法治观念的形成过程即是一个人对法治教育接受和认同的心理过程。要真正提高法治教育的有效性,在全社会树立良好的社会主义法治观念,必须遵循人的法治观念形成过程的心理机制和规律。
