Abstract: With the development of social economy, the elderly pension demand is no longer limited to the simple material support, the location of the spiritual needs are mentioned higher. Based on the introduction of Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, combined with Chinas national conditions, diversified pension modes that are either led by the government or relied on the nonprofit organization are put forward to promote volunteerism and build our spirit of the elderly care system.

摘要： 随着社会经济的发展，老年人的养老需求不再局限于简单的物质赡养，精神需求被提到了比较高的位置。在介绍日本、美国、我国香港地区、我国台湾地区老年人精神关怀体系的基础上，结合我国国情，提出以政府为主导，依托非盈利组织，发展多样化的养老模式，发扬志愿服务精神，构建我国老年人精神关怀体系。
