Abstract: Tongling City is developing very quickly though the population is small and more old people arise. In recent years, exploring the basis of oldage home, relying on community services, pension institutions to support the various forms of social endowment service, the basic form of social endowment diversified service system is set up. But generally speaking, the social oldage service system is still in the preliminary stage of development. Many aspects need to improve and develop. Therefore, we must integrate the government, society, family, a variety of forces and resources to speed up the construction of social endowment service system.

摘要： 铜陵市虽然人口少，但老龄化速度快、程度高。近年来，铜陵市积极探索以居家养老为基础、社区服务为依托、机构养老为支撑的多种形式的社会养老服务，基本形成了多元化的社会养老服务体系。从总体上说，社会养老服务体系处在初步发展阶段，有许多方面需要完善和发展。因此，必须整合政府、社会、家庭等各种力量和资源，加快社会养老服务体系建设。
