Abstract: The network opinion subjects of tourism crisis are the individuals and organizations including Internet users and news agencies that spark, generate, and communicate network opinion, and they play an important role in the whole process of network opinion of generation, diffusion, and influence. Based on the charge policy of Fenghuang Town in Hunan, using case analysis method, content analysis method, and descriptive statistics method, 283 network opinion subjects identification and information dissemination features with a certain number of posts forwarded and posts commented in Sina micro-blog platform are researched. The prospect of researching on network opinion subjects of tourism crisis is discussed from three aspects of research area, research variables and contents, and application of research results.

摘要: 旅游危机事件网络舆情主体在网络舆情产生、扩散和影响的全过程都发挥了重要作用。基于凤凰古城收费事件典型案例,运用内容分析和描述统计方法,对283位舆情主体特征进行研究。研究发现舆情主体的身份识别特征主要是身份职业、所在地区、粉丝规模、开博时间4个方面;信息发布特征主要是相关帖数、关注时机、发帖内容、发帖形式和插入内容5个方面。并从研究范围、研究变量与研究内容、研究成果的运用3个方面对旅游危机事件的网络舆情主体研究进行展望。
