Abstract: To study the political spirit of scholarofficial in traditional society can help us know history and reflect reality. SU Shi is a typical representative of Chinese traditional scholarofficial. Therefore, we can study on the political spirit of Chinese traditional scholar official by analysis of SU Shi. In terms of political spirit, SU Shi is unique and full of contradictions. He is hovering between political principles and kingship, being official and seclusive. He appears a certain tendency of independence, but in essence does not beyond his age and society. This marks the necessity of refactoring the relationship between human and politics under the condition of modern society, the modern transformation of the political spirit. It also suggests that we should complete the modern transformation of the political spirit.

摘要： 对传统社会士人政治精神的研究既有助于认识历史，也有助于反思现实。苏轼是中国传统社会士人的一个典型，因而可以成为解析士人政治精神的一个窗口。在政治精神方面，苏轼独特又充满矛盾。他徘徊于道与王、仕与隐之间，表现出一定的追求独立的倾向，但本质上并未超越当时社会和士人群体的藩篱。以此为观照，则凸显了在现代条件下重构人与政治、社会的关系，完成政治精神的现代转换的必要性。
