Abstract: The usage and translation of Chinese CultureSpecific terms in the political text was explored, with a case study of Speech by Premier LI on Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2014. With an introduction of character of Chinese and the guidance of texttypology and functionalism, taking the examples of words, fourcharacters, proverbs，sentences, the strategy of translating culturespecific terms were analyzed.

摘要： 以李克强总理2014年“博鳌亚洲论坛”讲话为例，探讨中国特色用语在政治文本中的使用及英译。介绍中国特色用语的特点，在文本类型划分原则和功能对等理论的指导下，从词语、四字格、谚语、句式四个方面分别举例分析，讨论了政治文本中特色用语翻译应遵循的策略。
