Abstract: The eighteen reports of the party put forward to do the peoples satisfactory education, culture is a very important one to strengthen the college students sense of social responsibility. However, the social responsibility of college students with social environment, family, school and college students subjective consciousness of internal environment, the dominant or recessive mode shows a weakening , resolution of the crisis. Then to clear the current college students sense of social responsibility problems, guide it from digestion to reshape development, to promote the university students social responsibility education has certain theoretical and practical value.

摘要： 党的十八大报告提出要努力办好人民满意的教育，其中非常重要的方面就是要加强大学生社会责任感的培养。当前大学生社会责任感伴随以社会、家庭、学校等外部环境以及大学生个体主观意识内部环境的变化，以显性或隐性方式呈现出弱化、消解化的危机。于是明析当前大学生社会责任感存在的问题，引导其从消解向重塑发展，对推动大学生社会责任感的培养具有重要现实价值。
