Abstract: The construction of campus culture is an effective way to develop college students ideological and political education under the new situation. As an important place to train high quality talents, colleges and universities must continue to innovate and expand the campus culture and education: to guide the construction of campus culture, to build up a scientific organization and leadership, to establish a scientific organization and management, to create a local cultural resources, and to create a campus culture with local characteristics.

摘要： 大力建设校园文化是新形势下拓展大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。高校作为培养高素质人才的重要场所，必须不断创新和拓展校园文化育人路径：坚持社会主义办学方向，以社会主义核心价值观引领校园文化建设；重视校园文化载体建设，开辟校园文化育人功能实现的新途径；建立科学高效的组织领导系统，实现校园文化建设全过程的规范管理；充分利用地域文化资源优势，打造具有本土特色的校园文化品牌。
