Abstract

Abstract: The procedure and practice of publishing special issues were expounded for scitech periodicals. It is pointed out that the selected topic and guest editors choice was key to the success of the monograph publishing special issues. The practice of publishing special issues for a scitech periodical as an example was illustrated, which would provide reference for other scitech periodicals to publish special issues.

摘要： 论述科技期刊出版学术专刊需要注意的问题及程序，指出专刊选题及专刊客座编委的选择是整个专刊出版成功与否的关键，并以一家科技期刊出版学术专刊实践为例说明，为其他科技期刊出版学术专刊提供参考和借鉴。
