Abstract: The basic conditions which the development of dropandpull transportation requires from an enterprise perspective are analyzed, based on a brief description of development course of dropandpull transportation in China. Then the nature and benefits of sharing economy is analyzed according to institutional economics. Supply facilities and equipment of dropandpull transportation by sharing mode is suggested and the suitable reasons are given. The space of development of sharing economy and dropandpull transportation is enormous based on analyzing sharing economy and dropandpull transportation has a lot of room for growth in China. It is proposed to build and share chassis pools by purchase of investment, to raise the public purchase, bring chassis into chassis pools, and financing lease. Logistics alliance is organized based on building chassis pools as fulcrum, then development of transport will be promoted rapidly and healthily.

摘要： 简述甩挂运输在我国发展的历程，从企业角度分析甩挂运输发展需要具备的基本条件。依据制度经济学分析共享经济本质及效益，提出采用共享模式供给甩挂运输设施设备并分析原因。共享经济、甩挂运输在我国有很大上升空间，甩挂运输设施设备发展共享经济空间广阔。提出通过投资购挂、众筹购挂、带挂入池、融资租赁等方式共建共享挂车池，以共建挂车池为支点组建物流联盟，促进甩挂运输快速健康发展。
