Abstract: Based on the framework of corpusbased critical discourse analysis, the corpus of annual working reports of Chinese government from 1954 to 2015 is analyzed, attempting to address its interactive relationship. The results show: the top five priorities of Chinese government cover economic development, the open door policy, Chinese people are treated as fundamental force and the decisive role of Chinese government; in terms of concordance, collocation and patterns, the four keywords “development, Chinese people, government, problem”, chosen for qualitative analysis, display salient themes in different periods of time. Theses five top priorities and the salient historical features of the four keywords together display the trajectories of Chinese social changes and their interwoven relationship.

摘要： 基于语料库批评话语分析法，对历年《政府工作报告》（1954—2015）进行话语分析，探讨政府工作报告话语中的社会变迁。研究表明，历届政府工作的重点包括发展经济、改革开放、以“人民”为本、坚持政府主导；建国以来的各种变迁和问题，包括发展重心转为改革、发展方式、金融与民生等，人民内部矛盾转向民生建设，政府由单一职能向服务职能转变，社会温饱问题解决后面临分配问题。政府工作报告话语折射出建国以来的各种社会实践和变迁。
