Abstract: The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to youth and youth work. At different stages of revolution, construction and reform, according to the Marxist concept of youth, it has developed many views and discussions on youth and youth work, and formed the Marxist concept of youth of the Communist Party of China. Especially since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, XI Jinping is standing at a new historical starting point and has created it. A series of new viewpoints and expositions have been developed and formed XI Jinpings new youth outlook in the new era, namely, youth values, youth development outlook and youth practice outlook. Therefore, it is of great significance to study XI Jinpings view on youth in the new era for young people to grow up and develop their youth work and realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

摘要： 中国共产党历来高度重视青年和青年工作，在革命、建设和改革的不同阶段，根据马克思主义青年观，发展了诸多有关青年和青年工作的观点与论述，形成了中国共产党的马克思主义青年观。尤其是党的十八大以来，习近平总书记站在新的历史起点上，创新和发展了一系列新的观点与论述，形成了习近平新时代青年观，即青年价值观、青年发展观和青年实践观。学习研究习近平新时代青年观，对于新时代青年成长成才和开展青年工作，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。
