Abstract: With the development of the socialist market economy and the wide flow of talents, the number of mobile party members in colleges and universities is increasing, and the scope of mobility is becoming wider and wider. In particular, the number of postgraduate migrants has increased year by year, bringing new work to the grassroots party building work in colleges and universities. The challenge, analysis and exploration of the management methods and measures for postgraduate mobile party members in the new era are of great significance. This paper starts with the connotation analysis of college graduate mobile party members, expounds the reasons and classification of college graduate mobile party members, and analyzes the problems existing in the management and education of college graduate mobile party members in detail. And according to the formation characteristics of college graduate mobile party members, some feasible management strategies and recommendations have been proposed.

摘要： 随着社会主义市场经济的发展与人才的广泛流动，高校流动党员的数量越来越多，流动范围越来越广，特别是研究生流动党员的数量逐年增加，对高校基层党建工作带来了新的挑战，分析与探索新时期高校研究生流动党员的管理方法和措施意义重大。从高校研究生流动党员的内涵分析入手，阐述高校研究生流动党员出现的原因及其分类，详细分析目前高校研究生流动党员在管理和教育方面存在的问题，并根据高校研究生流动党员的形成特点，提出管理对策和建议。
