榜样教育视角下的科学家形象塑造

Abstract: According to the concept of role model in the occupational sociology,this paper explores whether the images of the outstanding scientists will influence the attitude about the science and scientists.The results show that role models of scientists can demonstrate and inspire teenagers to agree with the science, interest in science and affect their decision concerning whether they will take sciencerelated careers as their employment directions in the future.Teenagers with role models are even more convinced the importance of science and the scientist careers.So, the medium is very important for the construction of role models of scientists.

摘要: 借助职业社会学中榜样角色的概念,探讨杰出科学家角色能否成为科学精神的载体,从而影响青少年对科学和科学家的看法。研究发现,良好的科学家榜样角色是示范和激励青少年认同科学、对科学感兴趣和形成青少年对科学家职业认同的重要教育方法。心中有榜样角色的青少年更相信科学的重要性,更认同科学家职业。因此,媒体对科学家榜样形象的塑造十分重要。
