Abstract: In the antiJapanese war period， the southern bureau of the CPC central committee actively carried out yonth mobilization in the KMT areas by setting the right policy， carried out publicity and education activities， and earnestly safeguarded the interests of the youth. The successful practice of youth mobilization in the southern bureau of the CPC central committee during the antiJapanese war provides important enlightenment for youth mobilization in the new era. The leadership of the CPC is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of youth mobilization， and the innovation of mobilization modes according to the characteristics of youth is an important condition for the orderly development of youth mobilization. To pay close attention to and safeguard the interests of youth groups is an inevitable requirement for the success of youth mobilization.

摘要： 抗战时期，中共中央南方局通过制定正确的方针政策、开展宣传教育活动和切实保障青年利益等方式，在国统区积极开展青年动员工作并取得显著成效。中共中央南方局在青年动员工作方面的成功实践，为新时代青年动员工作提供了重要启示：中国共产党的领导是青年动员工作持续健康发展的根本保证；根据青年特点创新动员方式是青年动员工作有序开展的重要条件；切实关注和维护青年群体的利益是青年动员工作取得成效的必然要求。
