Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions(except Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) in China from 2013 to 2021, the entropy weightTOPSISgray correlation method is used to measure the green finance index and the development level of renewable energy power, and the spatial Dubin model and panel quantile regression are used to empirically analyze the effect of green finance on the development level of renewable energy power. The study found that green finance can significantly promote the development of renewable energy power in the region, but there is significant regional heterogeneity. It is significant in the central and western regions, but not in the eastern regions. Green finance has a significant positive impact on renewable energy power development in the junior high school, and no longer has a significant impact in the later period.

摘要: 基于我国2013—2021年30个省区市(除西藏、港澳台外)的面板数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联法,测度绿色金融指数与可再生能源电力发展水平;利用空间杜宾模型和面板分位数回归模型,实证分析绿色金融对可再生能源电力发展水平的作用。绿色金融能显著促进本地区可再生能源电力发展,但存在显著的区域异质性,中西部地区显著,东部地区不显著;绿色金融在可再生能源电力发展初中期具有显著正向影响,后期不再具有显著影响。
