    Generations of communists have created many great spirits, which constituted the spiritual lineage of the Chinese communists (hereinafter referred to as the spiritual lineage) . This proposition puts forward that many scholars have studied the logic of the construction of spiritual genealogy, the core ideas, the value of the times, the continuity of inheritance, and the relationship with the great partybuilding spirit, it presents the characteristics of diversity of research contents, broadness of research scope and system aticness of research vein. In the future, we should stick to the basic research of the spiritual lineage theory, the research of combining the “two combinations”, the innovation research of the inheritance path, the comparative research and the interdisciplinary research, to make the research of spiritual genealogy move forward to a new stage.

    The concept of social relations is one of the basic and important concepts in Marxist philosophy.     “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era is an important part of Chinas diversified dispute resolution mechanism, which has its unique advantages in preventing problems from deteriorating and promoting friendly consultation. Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China, it can play a role in timely mediation of environmental disputes and soft law governance of the environment. However, facing the new era of environmental governance, the “Fengqiao Experience” still has some practical problems, such as the lack of social norms related to environmental protection, the failure to break the “judicial superstition” and the lack of mediation effect guarantee mechanism, which may hinder the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era from fully playing its due role. Therefore, there is an urgent need to improve relevant legislation, supplement environmental social norms, avoid excessive dependence on judicial channels, and improve the mediation effect guarantee mechanism.

    Understanding the influencing factors of new energy vehicles in the overseas market development process is extremely important for better achieving Chinas strategic goals for new energy vehicles. The factors that affect the overseas market development of new energy vehicles can be summarized into 22 sub elements at five levels: production of new energy vehicle products, market conditions in the host country, marketing of new energy vehicle products, technical support for new energy vehicles, and policy conditions in China. An Interpretive Structural Model(ISM) for the influencing factors of overseas market development of new energy vehicles in China is constructed, and the relative importance of each direct impact is determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on this, it is proposed to focus on product research and development, optimize export strategies, enhance user stickiness, and optimize policy systems to enhance the development momentum of new energy vehicles in China, consolidate the development foundation, and better respond to the threat of alternative products.

    As an economy derived and evolved from transportation, Luyan economy is a new economic development model that integrates transportation with related industries such as cultural tourism, modern agriculture, industrial parks, modern logistics, and digital economy. It is an inherent need to implement the strategy of strengthening transportation, build a comprehensive threedimensional transportation network, and form an interactive pattern of integrated development between the main highway industry and related industries. The main manifestations are: insufficient systematic research on Luyan economy in China; Chinas transportation business model tends to be traditional; Chinas road industry has a single economic format; Chins economic integration with road derivatives is not deep; the economic conditions of road transportation in China are not strong. This article constructs a driving force model of the Luyan economy, analyzes and studies the development trend of the Luyan economy in Guizhou province as a typical case, and explores the optimal path for highquality development of Luyan economy in China based on the experience of Luyan economic development in Guizhou province.

    Transportation integration can promote the efficient flow and integration of production factors, effectively promote the integrated development of regional economy and society and the smooth realization of economic internal circulation. It is found that the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has made great progress in transportation integration. It has not only established a complete comprehensive transportation network composed of railway, highway, subway, aviation, water transportation and other transportation modes, but also realized informatization and intelligence in traffic management and service to a certain extent. However, there are still some difficulties and problems in the construction of transportation integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, such as low cooperation between the government and the market, lack of unified cross regional overall planning and coordination mechanism, low interconnection efficiency of various transportation modes, backward intelligent transportation construction and so on. We can break down administrative barriers and establish an integrated management and coordination mechanism by improving the enthusiasm of government integration and market participation, develop multimodal transport, promote interconnection and enhance the informatization and intelligent construction of traffic management and services to further promote the construction of traffic integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, so as to serve the internal circulation of regional economy and the overall development of urban agglomeration.

    The introduction to green finance policy aims to integrate environmental considerations into investment and financing activities and realize the green allocation of funds. Then, after the implementation of green finance policy, does it play a role in stimulating the green transformation of enterprises This paper regards the 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit as the starting point for the comprehensive implementation of green finance policies in China. From the perspective of information disclosure related to the transparency of green finance market, this paper selects Ashare listed manufacturing companies as samples to carry out empirical analysis on their publicly disclosed information. The results show that the quality of both financial and nonfinancial information disclosed by the sample enterprises decreases after the full implementation of the policy. Through the internal mechanism test, it is found that the reason for the lower quality of information disclosure is that enterprises choose to cater to policy preferences in order to obtain credit resources, so as to cope with the strict financing constraints under the green finance policy. According to the analysis results, the paper points out that the regulators need to use flexible policies to further improve the relevant performance indicators and measurement tools; enterprises need to find the internal power of green transformation, try crossindustry cooperation and multitechnology path combination; financial and intermediary institutions need to continue to innovate green financial products and services, and establish a scientific, standardized and operational management system. Only with the joint efforts of all parties can enterprises be truly encouraged to embark on the road of green transformation development.

    Since the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical insurance in China in 2003, the implementation of this policy is to solve the problem of difficulty and high cost of medical treatment for the people, so as to reduce the medical burden of rural residents in China. This paper uses the data of the China Household Longitudinal Survey for empirical analysis, and the results show that participation in the new rural cooperation has a significant effect on the wellbeing of the rural middleaged and elderly population, and shows the robustness of the test results. The analysis of the influence mechanism shows that after middleaged and elderly residents participate in the new agricultural cooperative cooperation, their satisfaction with the governments evaluation and medical conditions has been significantly improved, and the amount of residents selfexpenditure on medical treatment has been reduced.

    During the period of the Republic of China, with the introduction of the western knowledge of water conservancy science and the idea and system of rule of law, Chinas water legal system began to explore the modernization, which was mainly reflected in three aspects: first, the government got out of the traditional pattern, absorbed the western scientific idea of water management according to law, took into account the inherent habits, and initially constructed a pluralistic water legal system with national law, local regulations and folk customary law as the main body;secondly,the government broke the situation that the central water administration which was disorganized and inconsistent with power and responsibility for thousands of years, and created a unified water administration system from central to local;thirdly, the government innovated the water rights system, clarified the ownership of water rights, and established a diversified modern settlement mechanism for water rights disputes. The water legal system in the period of the Republic of China not only actively absorbed and introduced the advanced thought and practice of western modern water legal system, but also retained some contents of the traditional water conservancy society, and stepped into the road of modernization transformation.

The over 30 years translation and reading history of Milan Kunderas works in China has demonstrated that understandings of Chinas translation field, reading field and research field to the writer and his works are of different motivations and characteristics. From theTotalitarian Warrior in the 1980s to PettyBourgeoisie Writers in the 2000s, Milan Kundera, as a writer at first, has changed his identities for many times during his continuous interactions with China.     WANG Fuzhis poetics is mainly embodied in his discrimination of the relationship between “ambition, emotion and reason” in poetry and his affirmation of the principle of “poetry based on emotion”. His theory of poetic structure is a further expansion of ontology, mainly including the theory of “the relationship between emotion and scenery” and the theory of “no double transformation of rhyme and meaning”. The aesthetic education thought in his poetics is reflected in his further development of the traditional Confucian poetics theory of “Xing, Guan, Qun and Yuan”, which affirms the aesthetic education role of poetry in “moving four emotions”. Based on WANG Fuzhis overall poetics, this paper makes a comparative evaluation of the poetic works of contemporary poets LIU Xiaowei and CHEN Renjie, and analyzes the relationship of “ambition, emotion, reason”“emotion and scenery”“rhyme and meaning” in their poetry, as well as the aesthetic value of their poetry.
