This paper researches the development of crossborder railway transport in recent years and analyzes the markets demand for reform of railway transport documents. By analyzing the basic characteristics of railway bill of lading and its practice and function in crossborder railway transport， the paper believes the railway bill of lading is an innovative mode which can meet the requirements of financing and document circulation of the railway transportation enterprises. However， the railway bill of lading in practice has such problems as lacking interpretation of international conventions and domestic laws and regulations， single method of financing and settling accounts，and ineffective cargo control. In view of the above problems， this paper gives the corresponding solutions， namely， add relevant content of railway bill of lading to international railway transportconventions， issue relevant national laws and regulations on railway bill of lading， innovate new financing methods related to railway bill of lading， introduce the use of electronic bill of lading， use blockchain technology to build network monitoring system， encourage and promote qualified NVOCC to participate in signing the railway bill of lading， innovate the function of releasing goods in batches on railway bills of lading， and promote more cities to practise railway bill of loading and other suggestions and opinions.

Under the “dual carbon” goal， it is the general trend for the logistics industry to achieve green and highquality development， and the “14th FiveYear Plan” modern logistics development plan points out that it is necessary to promote the green and lowcarbon transformation of logistics enterprises. By integrating the TOE framework， this paper takes 42 listed logistics enterprises as a sample， uses the fsQCA method to study the configuration paths of logistics enterprises to generate high green performance and nonhigh green performance， and analyzes the driving and inhibiting paths of threefold factors affecting the green performance of listed logistics enterprises. The results show that in achieving the high green performance of listed logistics enterprises， market competition has the most significant positive effect on promoting the green performance of listed logistics enterprises， followed by corporate green behavior. The conclusions of this study provide a theoretical reference for logistics enterprises to improve their green performance， and promote the improvement of green performance Level of logistics enterprises.

In the context of actively implementing the national strategy of population aging and promoting the overall construction of digital China， allowing more older people to adapt to the transformed life and enjoy digital welfare， the issue of digital integration of older people is undoubtedly a key topic in the coming period. Based on the social support theory， this paper utilizes the CGSS2017 data to conduct a study to classify digital integration into three dimensions， namely cognitive， skillbased and applied digital integration， and to explore the influence of informal support on the digital integration of the elderly on this basis. The results show that informal support from oneself significantly and positively affects the cognitive digital integration of middleaged and highaged seniors， informal support from children significantly and negatively affects the skillbased digital integration of lowaged seniors， and informal support from peers significantly and positively affects the applicationbased digital integration of lowaged seniors. Based on this， we propose to deepen the supply of Internet resources， promote the ageing and accessibility transformation of online and offline digital products and services， emphasize the power of peer groups， and encourage digital feedback， with the aim of providing a close and efficient social support system for the digital integration of the elderly， and accelerating the overall construction of digital China.

Based on the data of Chinas Ashare agricultural listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021, the effect of government subsidies on the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises is examined. It is found that government subsidies can effectively enhance the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises, in which the effect of R&D subsidies is better than that of nonR&D subsidies.Overinvestment suppresses the positive incentive of government subsidies on the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises. There exists a threshold value of government subsidies on the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises regarding capital intensity, which is a positive incentive when the capital intensity of agricultural enterprises is over the threshold, and a negative inhibition when capital intensity is below the threshold. Financing constraints diminish the effect of government subsidies as well as nonR&D subsidies on the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises and prevents a significant correlation between R&D subsidies and the investment efficiency ofagricultural enterprises.

Linguistic landscape constitutes the spatial connotation of language, i. e. the multidimensional and multidirectional carriers based on interdisciplinary perspectives. The study of linguistic landscape interprets such spatial connotation of language in a broad sense. The researches on linguistic landscape started in the 1970s and were then introduced to China. With the mature development of its methodology and research paradigm, the study of linguistic landscape has developed as an interdisciplinary subject. The research perspective of this discipline is universally diverse. The research questions are multidimensional, and the methodology of research is multidirectionally mixed. Its development trend shows the interdisciplinary integration. On the applications of the current theoretical views, there is room for various indepth aspects from dynamic levels such as views of macromicro, cultureeconomy, especially in relation to the linguistic situations in China.
