摘要： 毛泽东的文艺创作生产引导思想具有系统性、人民性、创造性和文艺批评科学性四大特点，继承其思想精华的同时，在形成规范体制机制、大众审美、创新发展、批评示范几个方面提出文艺创作生产引导的对策建议。

Abstract: According to the study on the literary works of MAO Zedong which is ideological and systematic，populist，creative，literarily and critically scientific and the carrying forward the essence of his thought at the same time, proposals on how to strengthen the guidance of literary and artistic works for creating more quality works, formation mechanisms, popular aesthetic culture, innovations, critical demonstrations are offered.
