摘要： 在使用与满足理论视阈下，通过对大学生优酷网使用行为的实证调查分析，包括优酷网使用功能分析、大学生分享行为分析以及性别统计分析，寻找出视频网站新的发展点，探索出符合年轻受众的视频网络发展趋势。

Abstract: The video website new development points are attempted to find out from the perspective of uses and gratifications, through the analysis of the empirical investigation on Youku, including analysis of Youku function, analysis of students sharing behavior and analysis on the gender. The video website is discovered as a new development point. Its development trends of young audiences are explored.
