Abstract: The emerging of new media brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges as well to the united work of the noneparty intellectuals within colleges. However, the research on the new media united theories regarding the noneparty intellectuals is still weak. The deficiency still exists during the united platform building of new media based on PC internet and the promotion for application of “wechat, weibo and client” and such kind of new media based on mobile internet is relatively slow. In the future, the new media united work of noneparty intellectuals in the colleges should be a good application of different new media to build mixed college new media united platform making good use of the existing resources to reinforce the selfsufficiency rate the new media content, impelling the content reform of the united websites of colleges based on the needs of the audience, highlighting accompany and interaction characterizing the platform building of the weibo, wechat of the colleges united departments.
