Abstract: Building a welloff society in an allround way is the first centurylong struggle to achieve the goal of “two hundred years”and a key step in realizing the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The key to achieving a welloff society in an allround way is to achieve four comprehensive aspects，namely，it requires that all fields，populations，regions，and standards be covered. At present，a welloff society has been established in an allround way. In order to ensure the achievement of the first centurylong goal on schedule，it is necessary to closely unite around the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jinping as the core，gather a wide range of wisdom，lead economic development with new development concepts，strictly prevent risks，continue to win the battle against poverty，and strive to create results that stand the test of history, practice and people.
