Research of COVID19 on the Governance of City BikeSharing

摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情是对我国治理体系和能力的大考,也是对城市共享单车治理的大考。共享单车基于出行方式的特殊性,成为不少城市公交、地铁停开之后居民出行的首选,在抗疫过程中发挥了重要的作用。防疫期内,应从政府、共享单车企业和用户三个方面完善对城市共享单车的治理;疫期过后,应尽快将共享单车纳入城市公共交通运输系统。这样有利于发挥共享单车对城市的积极作用,避免其消极影响,使城市生活更美好。

Abstract: COVID19 is a great test on Chinas governance system and capacity, as well as the governance of city bikesharing. As a special travel mode, shared bikes have become the first choice for residents for travel in many cities after buses and subways are stopped, playing an important role in the antiepidemic process. During the COVID19 prevention period, the government, the bikesharing enterprises and the public (namely users) should improve the governance of city bikesharing. After the COVID19 period, bikesharing should be incorporated into the city public transportation system. All the above would help to play a positive role of shared bikes in the city and mitigate its negative impact, so as to make the city life better.
