Abstract: Tourismled poverty alleviation is an important new industrialized antipoverty model. Tourism not only helps poverty alleviation，but also brings global population mobility and language contact，which has a lot of influence on the language life in povertyalleviated areas. Wulong District of Chongqing realizes poverty alleviation through tourism. This paper analyzes the overall situation，social differences，changes and causes of its language life based on real data through observation and interview. In the postpovertyalleviation era，it is necessary to make the tourism poverty areasbased language planning. The goal of the language planning is to promote the harmony of language life，the concept is language resources，and the content includes the promotion strategy of Mandarin，language function planning and language rights balance.
